I thought the person at the desk could have been more welcoming and I thought she could have used help. It can be tough to be cheerful when you are trying to check in continuous patients. The waiting area was filled, and people were standing in line. The PA. Tiffany was very good. She seemed knowledgeable. Without going into detail. it would behoove your company to require that these patient facing medical staff are vaccinated. The room was filled with masked COVID people due to the increase in the COVID Delta variant in Florida. This is for their safety. the safety of their family and the safety of the patients.

Arrived at the official Covid rapid- test site in Coral Springs three minutes before the posted 6 pm closing only to be told they were closed. So…took my ailing husband to an immaculate, beautifully equipped and well-staffed MD Now—where’re an actual emergency room physician treated him like the only patient in the pandemic: EKG, Covid Test, temperature—and professional reassurance that he would recover. Best news? Our insurance covered it and he’s Covid-free.

Went in for a COVID-19 test. Walking in, it’s very welcoming and clean. Brightly lit. Receptionist is very nice. Patient rooms are squeaky clean and very well organized. Very knowledgeable staff of doctors and nurses. Professional and courteous. I was called in a reasonable time and the wait time once I went in was great. Everything is done in an orderly manner. This is the one stop for immediate testing for Covid-19 or your other medical needs after hours.

I dragged myself into the Med Now clinic in horrific pain thinking how am I going to go to work 8 hrs from 6:45 pm with 2 swollen painful knees? A short wait & 2xrays & diagnosis I left with prescription for strong Anti inflammation meds. I slept & was up pain free feeling amazing - loving life again enjoying working greeting people. Thank you all at Med Now in Pembroke Pines.

I came to Miami with my 7 year old daughter, we landed 6 hours earlier and hung out at a friends house before we checked in to the hotel. On the car ride to the hotel, my daughter complained of her eye itching. Of course she kept rubbing it and made it worse. Her eye was almost completely shut when we pulled into urgent care. We had all of our luggage with us. The staff was very nice and accommodating and allowed me to put my luggage in another room while me daughter was getting treated. The entire staff was great and the doctor assessed the situation and wrote a prescription for my daughter. Her swelling went down overnight and she is fine.

Great experience. In and out. Very professional and efficient. I will not hesitate to refer or to back.

This was my third visit in the last 3 months. This location is fantastic. All the employees that I’ve had the opportunity to meet and address my needs, have all had the most professional and caring mentalities. Very personable too, which I feel is the most important ingredient when it come to health care. I will continue to use and recommend their quality services.

This place is great when you need a quick check up. Super friendly staff, doctor was awesome, very quick in and out. Will definitely come back!

The MD there was a good diagnostic MD. Nurses were nice. Since it was my hand it didn't take an hour. Another day was different busy it took an hour to check in and the wait would have been 2 hours.

Doctor and staff was very attentive ,professional and I didn’t feel rushed. Felt the same or even more down to earth and comfortable atmosphere than the other urgent care in coral gables. If I have a choice between MD or the other , this one would be it!

My experience was wonderful, was in so much pain, hardly couldn't even walk. Front staff, Nurses and Doctor was great! They helped me so much. Thank you all!
