This visit went better than if I were at a doctor's office. Yes, there was a wait. I was lucky to walk-in when it wasn't TOO busy. Got everything I needed done. The ladies at reception were kind and professional. The MA who took my vitals was so cool to chat with. The physician who examined me didn't falter at my weird sense of humor. There was a client who was so aggressively impatient to be seen. I wanted to put him in his place! His behavior and attitude towards everyone working here was absolutely appalling. No one deserves that. The employees handled themselves very well.

I always use this location for my urgent medical needs. I have never had a bad experience. This last time Dr. Carlos Pena helped. He was amazing . Beautiful office, short waiting time and competent service by everyone thereare . Easy free parking.

Tenia algo dolor abdominal y vómito incontrolable . Detuvieron las arcadas con un medicamento. Bajo la sospechaba apendicitis me refirieron a un ER. Efectivamente así fue... Me operaron el mismo día de apendicitis en el Mount Sinai. Mi única recomendación como paciente es saber si es mejor acudir a un Urgent Care (caso leves primeros auxilios etc...) o ir directamente a un ER (cuadros más complicados donde se requieran exámenes más profundos, donde se requiera cirugía u hospitalizacion) pero ya lo aprendí.

Very friendly staff and the room was immaculate, I’ll highly recommend.

Fast and easy, everyone was so nice. The only issue is trying to call in, you can't get anyone but the physical branch is excellent.
