This was my third visit in the last 3 months. This location is fantastic. All the employees that I’ve had the opportunity to meet and address my needs, have all had the most professional and caring mentalities. Very personable too, which I feel is the most important ingredient when it come to health care. I will continue to use and recommend their quality services.

Very quick, caring and efficient… even slightly funny. In and out in less 30 minutes. The doctor and staff where completely efficient and professional. I highly recommend this Urgent Care

Extremely pleasant experience

Tashaii and Devania at MD Now in Heron Bay are both wonderful. Tashaii especially made a great effort to have my test results forwarded so my procedure could be done as scheduled. Such kind, caring people.

I had a great experience with MD now. At first, I was upset that I had a $50 copay (thanks insurance.) I didn’t think going in there to have a sprained knee checked out (no X-rays needed) would be worth it. It was worth it though. The nursing staff & the Doctor especially was so nice, and professional. I was given a knee brace & a prescription for some anti-inflammatory medication. All in all, it was a good visit to MD Now. Unlike a lot of trips to urgent care.

I went in to this location for a dislocated toe. I was in lots of pain and can say everyone that works there was very kind and empathetic to me. Dr. Jay Gorstein, Antonio Cruz, Evelyn Mika, and Keyoka Carter are a great team. Each one made sure I was as comfortable as possible, listened to my needs and did it with a genuine, great attitude. So happy I went to this location.

Needed an antibiotic for a sore Tooth. Dr. was super nice, nursing staff was quick and efficient also very kind. Checked in, checked out went to Publix (which was three doors down), got my prescription and went home the whole thing took about an hour. No lines no waiting on this particular night. Very nice location to go to
