My husband had no insulin when we got here. The people from the clinic said it would be a couple of Hours but the Dr came in almost right away. I had left the insulin at Home in Tennessee. The Dr was very thorough and gave us a prescription. The man that first saw us was very nice and he talked to the Dr and they got us out of there in a half hour. The only thing we didn't like was the two prescriptions cost over $600.00. Thank you

They were super nice and it is so clean in there as well! I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all! Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs it!! The nurses and all the staff were super nice and understanding!!!

I became ill while on vacation from out of state. I called and was shown great compassion as it was late, close to closing time. When I arrived I was given good medical care and excellent customer service. The physician and nurse on duty listened to me and gave me what I needed. Thank you from a Missourian to the Floridians

Wonderful staff & service. Singing up as a new client was very fast. I received my first Covid vaccination using Pfizer & didn’t feel the shot. A+ to all the staff at Bird Road, Miami Urgent Care! Thank you for getting me in without an appointment. I will be back in 21 days for my follow up appointment.

I have had to seek care from this facility twice in a year because I couldn't reach my own Dr. Staff and Drs are awesome.

Modern, clean facility with a friendly and efficient staff. My own primary care physician couldn't fit me in as an emergency so I visited the Indiantown Road MD Now location. I would rate my entire experience as a 10 if I could, but this survey survey only goes to 5.

Front desk friendly and efficient. Got right in for appointment, didn’t have to wait. Medical assistant, MD and X-ray tech professional and thorough. Would return without question.
