Happy 4th of July

This place honestly has the most friendly staff. I’m not from Miami I’m from Ma, I was super nervous to go in but all the ladies from the receptionists to the nurse to the doc Maria all super friendly and compassionate made me feel really comfortable and the process super easy. I have zero tolerance for pain and I’m a huge baby but that did not stop them from walking me through everything and taking there time. Thank you all truly from the bottom of my heart we need more people in this world like these wonderful ladies.

Great overall experience. Friendly staff and I was seen very quickly after filling out some forms as a new patient. Dr. Chen is excellent.

I had an extremely pleasant experience at MD Now! The nurse practitioners and Dr. Klizmiet were helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Very clean space. Marie at the front desk was especially joyful and expedient. Thank you!

Fabulous Urgent Care center. I was able to schedule an appointment online and check in when I arrived. The staff was so friendly and accessible!!! All the rooms, from the waiting room to the examination rooms were very clean. They had an x-ray machine on site. I was seen on time, and I must say, everyone was so pleasant. They even called me today to check up on me. Wow!!! This was a great find!!!!

Was fast friendly staff my questions were addressed So were my health issues. I was out quickly and my script was e-mailed to Pharmacy so i didnt have to do a thing There. Over all very happy.

While traveling for work this week it became clear I’d need to have an inner-ear pain looked at before getting on an airplane for home. I stopped by MD Now with low expectations, based on previous medical office visits while away from home, and those expectations were not met. The front desk gal, I interacted with, was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The PA that worked with me was efficient, quick and professional. The wait, I’ll never understand the wait between the PA and the Doc visit, but I’ve also learned I don’t know what I don’t know and everybody job has more to it than what I see from my soft waiting chair. Anyway, the Doc was solid, again quick, professional and efficient. He took the time to be sure he had the information necessary and they all worked to be my script would go to a pharmacy near my hotel. In short - good people, clean organized office, great job.
