I used MD Now for a persistent cough I had for 3 days. Since my visit was on Saturday, I had my primary doctor send my medical files to MD now. The check in process was easy using an iPad. A medical technician took my vitals, the doctor reviewed my medical history asked me what I’m feeling, looked at my throat, ears, nose, and listened to my lungs. The diagnosis was a sinus infection. My medicine was called into Walgreens immediately. The entire process took less than 40 minutes. Awesome service! Highly recommended.

Nice staff. Clean facility. Super fast service. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes which included a visit with a physician and a COVID-19 test.

I’m very upset with MD NOW. I saw Dr.Smart on 4/7 and she was wonderful. She prescribed me an antibiotic, Cefdinir and unfortunately after 3 days I was having EXTREME diarrhea. When I looked on line at side effects, this was the #1 side effect. Called on Sunday, held on the line for 15 minutes, got disconnected, therefore I went directly to the office. No one was in the waiting room and they told me they would email Dr Smart and she would call me and contact my pharmacy with a new antibiotic. This morning nothing has been sent nor has anyone contacted me. I called again and spoke with Patrick, he would email Dr Smart again unless I wanted to be seen AGAIN by the Dr now. I was appalled..all I want is my antibiotic changed. There is no reason to see me! I’m just amazed at how no one is responsible nor do they go the next step yo help an existing patient out. To say the least, this system needs to be reevaluated and a new one implemented to help the patient

In August 2020, I had a pelvic CT scan, which involved an injection of iodine as a contrast agent. I had never had iodine before, but I quickly discovered that I had a severe allergy to it. A few days later, my skin was extremely red, I developed a fever, and I felt terrible. I needed immediate treatment. I chose MD Now for my urgent care. This was my first visit to MD Now. The staff person was very helpful, and I was seen by Dr. Gil Fernandez within a few minutes. He treated me with understanding, competence, and compassion. He knew exactly what to prescribe: Methylprednisolone and Cetirizine. These drugs were precisely what I needed, and within 5-6 days, I was back to normal. I was very pleased with the treatment that I received at MD Now, and I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone who is in need of urgent care.
