While I very rarely leave reviews, I couldn't help but share my experience at MD Now. First thing, they had us in and out in an hour. For any urgent center that is amazing. The staff was fantastic to my one year old and made her completely comfortable. Not only was the visit great, but today I received a follow up call where they just wanted to check and see if my daughter was feeling better today! 100% will continue to come here for any emergencies.

I’ve been here two times and both experiences were great. Everyone is very kind and helpful!

MDNow on West Flagler Street in West Miami. 9-9-2021 Dr. Raul SanJuan was the consummate professional in his care for my husband today. He answered our questions carefully and explained the clinical results of his chest X-ray in clear layman’s terms. He needs to be commended for his approach to his work. We think he is doing fine work. He is handling all cases as the sole medical doctor in this facility. There should be another doctor on staff. The facility needs at least one more medical doctor there at all times.

As always, I'm treated promptly each time that I've been there and it has been alot this year. Everyone was so kind and understanding. I met a new Dr. today by the name of Diane Thompson. She was welcoming, concerned and caring, and very energetic when talking with me about my concerns. She understood how I was feeling when at times I don't get it. With her help and knowledge. I'm praying that we can fix this soon.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been in 6 months. These people are so compassionate and so understanding! They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and at ease! I appreciate all of you!

I brought my 14-year-old in for a bad cut. I wrapped it up in a towel, jumped in the car, and went to MD Now where he was seen immediately. The Doctor examined the wound and put in 6 stitches, RIGHT THERE in their state-of-the-art procedure room! I had no idea MD Now could treat these kinds of serious injuries and was sure we were going to be told to go to the ER. Thank you MD Now! I will always bring my family here for all my urgent care needs!

All of the staff was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor was very attentive. He listened to all of my concerns. Also, the wait time was less than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this facility

I was directed to go to this location for medical clearance for a new job that I was starting. From the moment that I walked in, the staff greeted, attended to and handled my concerns in an expedient, pleasant and friendly manner. I was taken into a room within minutes o fcb completing my paperwork. The nurse who took, my blood, performed the Covid test and gave me the flu shot was impeccable and non-invasine; I felt no discomfort at all and I don't like needles. Dr. Small was amazing. She was efficient friendly and very knowledgeable. I am new to Florida from New York and I've been seeking a place to go to have my medical concerns taken care of. You can be certain that this will be my primary source of care going forward. Highly recommend you visit their office.
