I was extremely pleased with wait time, no more than 10-15 minutes. The entire staff provided excellent customer service. Additionally, the physician excellent bedside manners.

Service was courteous and efficient. Doctor took time to arrive at a diagnosis.

When I needed a doctor nearby, MD NOW answered my prayer. The office personnel are efficient and very nice. The technician and doctor were professional and the doctor quickly diagnosed how to treat my problem. The doctor and nurse were an awesome team!

The entire staff was great from the moment we walked in...paperwork was easy and they were friendly and knowledgeable. The medical staff was also friendly and gave the treatment to my father that was needed.

Went in recently with the same hate and fear for clinics and doctors as always. Left with the best experience I’ve had at any medical center ever. The front desk was kind and more than willing to help. Even ran into the manager! Quiet the young Women extremely friendly and listens to questions very carefully before giving out thought out responses. I feel like the manager and the staff go above and beyond for their patients. All in all I hope I never have to see a clinic or hospital ever again but if I do hopefully the staff is as bright as yours!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! Some don't realize that a severe phobia of needles is a real thing. From anxiety to panic attacks. I needed months to work up the courage to get the Covid vaccine. As fate would have it Christopher was the one to give me my shot. I explained my situation. He not only put me at ease, but delivered the shot almost without me knowing. Anyone with this paralyzing phobia that is near the location by Federal and Woolbrite needs to get their shot done by Christopher. Thank you so much, a huge weight has been lifted off me!
