I went to MD Now Urgent Care to get a Covid test. I’ve had past Covid tests at this location and the experience has always been good. This time was no different. Very pleasant and efficient staff. I also trusted the people who administered the test and the physician who came in afterwards to answer questions I might have. I had minimum waiting time to be called for the test. My only regret is that this location does not provide rapid test results for the Covid test.

I’m on vacation and the office is very easy to get to in the Brickell/downtown area. Sylvia is working the front desk and very efficient to get you signed in and understanding of your needs at an urgent care.

The women at the front desk were some of the kindest and most positive people I have ever met. Made my day.

They reacted very quickly when i came in with a badly cut finger that wouldn’t stop bleeding. Dr Diaz had the best bedside manner and the rest of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Been going here for years bc and never had a bad experience.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've been to your facility. Today like the other times the receptionist the nurse and the physician were highly professional. I have recommended your facility to friends and family. I wouldn't hesitate to go again.
