I went there on Thursday at 5pm My whole experience walking through the door was excellent. I wasn't feeling well & wanted a covid 19 test. When they called me back which only took about 15mins. the Dr Musthna (something like that) was 1 of the nicest drs. I ever seen in So. Florida & I've been living here for 21yrs. (WISH ALL MY DR WERE LIKE HIM.) He said ,he thinks I have a slight case of bronchitis & gave me a z-pack & steroids for 7 day's His assit Nathan was also a hell of a nice guy & of course I got my covid test which I will find out my results today which I'm not too worried about just want to be safe. I'm already starting to feel better thanks to this awesome dr.

Front desk is delightful and beautiful. Got there at 1530hrs knowing they close at 1600. They got me in and I was happy with the service they provided. Thank you all for doing what you do in this crazy time. Bijo Varkey

From the moment I entered the doors I felt the sense of welcoming. I arrived at the location in Hollywood FL on State Rd 7 about 7:50pm not knowing they close at 8pm. I was feeling very sick and yet they still stayed a little after hours to see me.. I felt so special. My first point of contact was with Miracle Evans at the front Desk and what a pleasant soul was she. Then Lord and behold out comes a sweet spirit Novalette who took my vitals and got me setup in a room quickly to see the Wonderful Dr. Sanchez Fransico who diagnosed me gave me my prescriptions to get me on my way. Last but not least a Caring Medical Assistant Tanna gave me a few boxes of Cēpacol for my sore throat which works very well for me.. Remind you this was my first time here and everyone, the team made me feel like I’ve been going there forever. I will definitely recommend anyone to this facility which is my new FAMILY! Dr. Sanchez, Miracle, Novalette and Tanna, I thank each and everyone of you for your loving caring hearts and taking the time to see me to help me feel better.. You all ROCK!

Was able to get treated relatively quick and was very satisfied with treatment. Blood drawn, x-rays and medication provided.

Very fast check in. Receptionist was friendly. Called in to do Covid test in less than 5 minutes. Nurses were very friendly. Just wish they offered rapid tests. Realized after visit I would have to wait for results. But will definitely be back for urgent care needs

Staff is always very polite; terrific doctors and nurses. I have rarely had to wait longer than a few minutes. Highly recommend!

First if you make an appointment online it’s not really an appointment when you get there anyone that is in front of you goes first.. so there is no making an appointment online. Second I did get to see the doctor he was extremely efficient thorough and very nice. I would definitely recommend going here!

I had a great experience. I called the day before. They had an appointment available first thing the next morning. The waiting area is very clean and the staff was super nice. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

I had excellent service and did not have to wait long at all.
