Excellent staff and wait time. Didn't charge us for a covid test. Exponentially better than our experience at Carespot. Come here instead!

Dr Ramon Olivieri and his team were professional and warm. They were particularly amazing with my 4 year old daughter.

I had a great experienced going to the MD Now on Royal Palm Beach Blvd and Southern! First off we are in weird times with the pandemic where many places are not very welcoming and distant. As soon as I walked in a was warmly greeted by the front desk Personnel. She guided me through the application on their ipad and it was very painless and quick compared to other appointments I have been to. Then I was taken by Doug to get my blood pressure and temperature and it was a pleasant and personable conversation as he assess my vitals. My favorite part about my visit was being seen by Dr. Swanson. Because of multiple reason many doctors have loss their love for patient care and barely see you for 2 rushed minutes when you go see them. Not Dr. Swanson! He was very warm even through we are in covid times. He sat and made eye contact with me the whole visit. He did a full assessment of my symptoms and he took time to listen to me and my concerns. It has been a very LONG time since I have been treated by such a caring doctor. MD Now is blessed to have him in his team. If you ever feel under the weather don't hesitate to go to this clinic their staff is amazing 10/10 on my book!

Very fast service!

I love MD Now! I have used the virtual option many times and recently had COVID. I was pretty sick and my primary couldn’t (or wouldn’t) book me for 2 weeks. I used MD Now and Dr. Amy (virtual) hooked me up. I’m pretty sure I would’ve been in the hospital without prompt medication. I went in Sunday for an ear infection and right from the greeting and pleasant young woman at the reception desk to the medical assistant and Jennifer who treated me, I cannot say enough for their kindness, friendliness, professional care, and even acknowledging a recent birthday. How amazing is this group! I’ll use MD Now for any needed medical care. They are fabulous.

Excellent care & extremely efficient

Wow!! I am totally surprised at the excellence of the service i received today!! I got a foreign object in my eye. I called many places.. nobody had availability... All said go to hospital. I was a block away from MD NOW so i stopped in just in case..... Even though a few people were there... . They took me right back because it was urgent. Within 5 minutes a Dr examined.... Have a temporary numbing solution all within 5 minutes!!! Then they finished my eye for 20 minutes and the assistant was great. Nice and polite.. caring and helpful.... You don't get that anymore three days... 5 stars

Everyone at the office was sooooo friendly - from the receptionists to the nurses and the doctor!!! the service was quick and easy and it was super convenient to be able to check in the night before to secure an appointment.

Excellent Urgent Care center. I arrived at 8 am and was seen by the nurse within 5 minutes and the doctor followed within another 5 minutes. Prescripton was ordered and picked up within 45 minutes. Great urgent care center in a super location.

My go to place whenever any one in the family is sick! Very efficient, in and out in an hour!!! Staff always so friendly and knowledgeable.
