Second time getting tested with MD Now, both times their swabs have been the skinniest (of the 4 total tests I've had). I made the appointment online about 20 minutes before arrival, checking in was quick and easy, always clean and an upkept environment. The staff was really nice. This test was the "worst" as far as feeling like it went farthest up and for a while, but still: no bleeding, no watery eyes, no sneezing, no pain. They take Aetna insurance, and are located all over the place. Love them!

I just want to thank everyone in the staff for being so sweet and kind! I had to come three days in a row because I needed to get blood work done but my veins were hard to find. Hugeeeee shoutout to Robert, who was finally able to get it done. He certainly worked hard, was patient, and informative.

Unfortunately, I was book an appointment; I was quoted a wait of 90 minutes to two hours. Once I was called, however, I was in and out within 25 minutes, Doctor assessment, specimen samples, blood work, etc.

This location is very clean, neat and eye catching. Personnel is nice and treat you well. Waiting times are average. I recommend this UC.

The staff is great!

Our service was top notch from the front desk to the medical staff. Being sick during a pandemic has some major drawbacks but thankfully all of our concerns were addressed. If you are looking for a one stop shop for lab draws, X-ray and flu/COVID PCR testing, look no further. My child was even tended to with a sweet treat for behaving so well while we were cared for by the staff. Thank you MD Now for your amazing choice in qualified staff and cleanly environment.

Had a great experience from the beginning. I called before going to ask if they did certain test. Alejandro was courteous from the phone call until I walked out of the place. He treated me with respect and patient during the check-in process. I didn't wait long to be seen even though I didn't have an appointment. Everything went smooth and will be back there if I ever need medical attention.

I was super sick today with what turned out to be an upper respiratory infection. The staff was really great. I was seen quickly and the doctor was excellent, and was sure to check with the daily medications that I take to make sure what he prescribed wouldn’t interact badly. I will definitely go there again! Great place!

Clean location, fast service, and nice nurses.

Set an appointment the night before, it’s a completely useless feature. Still end up in line with everyone else so calling it an appointment is misleading. 45-60 min wait from 08:15 am on a Saturday is reasonable, even though I was 10 min early for my “appointment time”. The lady at the Patient reception/intake/insurance couldn’t have been any more lovely. The PA was detailed, patient and wasted no time (a plus from my point of view, it’s urgent care not my primary). And the nurse taking vitals and history was just as awesome as the other two ladies. 5 stars for staff professionalism and patient care, 0 stars for the knucklehead that came up with the appointment scheduling concept.
