Today I had a very good experience at that location, everyone was very attentive and I appreciated that a lot. I would highly recommend this urgent care if you are in need..

I love it here. Today was my first day, from the check in to the check out, it was a plea sent visit. The customer care young lady was very polite and welcoming, the nurse was great as well, and the female doctor was excellent. The physician diagnosed me with TMJ, whereas I just thought it was an earache. Thank so much for the fast and excellent service. I’m already feeling better with the prescribed medications I was gave. Highly recommend this location, it’s also very clean.

I had a bad experience at the Greenacres location a few month ago, so I've decided to try a different location today. I went The the Royal Palm Beach location today and the staff was amazing. The front counter receptionist was amazing, she greeted us when we walked in. She was wonderful throughout the registration process. The nurse that assisted us was Lance, he was amazing. He introduced himself when he walked in, he was pleasant, polite, informative, caring, and thorough. He asked questions, answered our questions and documented everything. Lance is a great addition and the Greenacres location should strive to hire people like Lance in their facility because he makes the experience great for the patient. The facility was clean, the wait time was less than 10 minutes before we were called, which is definitely a plus! The practitioner C. Washington came in and she introduced herself as soon as she walked in the door. She was very friendly, polite, and thorough in completing the exam. She explained the process and and sked my son questions while checking him. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, and I will certainly return in the future! Thank you all for a job well done!

All the personal that were part of the staff were very professional and friendly. The physician, Dr. Perez was excellent in his knowledge and concern as to patient care and reccommdations. I would definitely refer others to this Center.

Dr Crespo is the best! Can he be my PCP?! I've seen him 4-5 times this year (I blame my kid for giving me her germs) and I've been seen by him all those times. He remembers me, and definitely makes me feel welcome and important. I dont like a lot of people, but I like Dr. Crespo. If he ever changes locations (and he better not!!) I will gladly go to wherever he is. Seriously the absolute best Dr I've ever visited. All the nurses there are also great, some of them remember me too. Everyone here has excellent bedside manners. I love this location.
