I brought my daughter in for back and neck pain. She was seen by Dr. Jay Gorstein. He gave her his full attention, listened intently, and went on to give her the most thorough examination I have ever seen. In addition, he was kind, he was caring, and my only disappointment is that he can't be our primary care doctor because he works in urgent care. He is a real practitioner of the medical arts, as they were meant to be practiced.

I was seen as a walk in with no appointment. From the very beginning, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and treated with kindness by the medical staff in the back. The physician that I saw came into the room 2 minutes after I was seated. He was very efficient and listened to my complaint. I would definately recommend this office and it will be my go to for urgent needs. Thank-you again to everyone

I recently ripped my shin open and needed stitches . The service was fast and efficient. The staff was very friendly and professional.

[Pre-employment drug exam] Didn't wait long, staff explained how the process goes in detail (including specific dates), and the process was extremely systematic (cautions in sample ID tagging, information triple checks etc). Overall a great experience even though it was a simple urine test

MD NOW Downtown Fort Lauderdale is one of the cleanest, caring and fast servicing urgent care place in town.

My MD Now is in Midtown and the staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is always pleasant whenever I come.

A bit of a long wait due to holiday covid testing but staff warned everyone as they registered. Staff was moving quickly and was friendly. Obviously going to a walk-in you know you will definitely have some kind of wait. Once taken back doctor was quick to see me and was friendly as well.

Was met with a smile, told it would be a little while longer than usual to me seen. Signed in, went to get breakfast next door, came back and was called about 15 min later. Very thorough intake, met with a PA who was great, knowledgeable. Gave me medication.

Staff was friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable, would definitely go there again.
