I came in to see a doctor about a bad back pain and Dr. Chen came and explained in detail what I needed to do. Everybody was very nice . Kaila and Jaime took the extra time to help set up my md now online account. Also Andrew was very professional and nice.

Absolutely excellent care! The provider was very attentive and truly listened. He also paid special attention to what I felt was the problem. When I am paying for a service it is important to me, to know that my opinion is being taken into consideration. He was very respectful of my pain and made sure to address all of my issues. He gets a perfect 10 on my scoreboard!! MD Now knows how to pick their providers ... with the customer as the true top priority. Thank you MD Now !

Big PLUS if you are BL/Caribbean/latin and have trouble finding someone to trust taking care of you when you’re ill/injured. Janice and Dr. Crespo are the people to go to.

I was treated with respect and have a touch of laryngitis and had a covid test done. The doctor and nurse were nice and professional.

I was seen by a Dr very quickly no hassles or hrs filling out papers. They were very professional and would actually converse with you. From my experience I would recommend them to anyone needing care right away.

I wish to compliment the staff at the office located at 195 N. Federal Hgwy, Ft. Lauderdale for services rendered on 1/7/20, in particular Ha'ani S. and Samanta C. for going beyond the call of duty to expedite my pre-op clearance for an emergency eye surgery. If they were not persistent in their efforts and that of their medical coordinator, I very likely would not have had the surgery to save my sight in the affected eye. I live in St. Thomas and the urgency of the matter was paramount. I would also like to thank the nurse on duty (Eboni?) for her words of encouragement. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
