This place is better than any regular MDs office I've been to. They answer the phone. They'll just transfer the phone to the medical assistant if necessary instead of having you leave a message and you don't hear back for hours.

I visited MD Now in pinecrest twice this week for my son and myself. The front desk coordinator made check in fast and easy. We were seen in a timely manner. Both visits we had lovely nurses that took our vitals and administered our rapid Flu tests. Both were kind & patient with us. Seen promptly by both practitioners/doctors that were also very friendly & thorough. I’d be sure to visit this location for most of my medical needs from now on.

I went for covid 19 test, even they told me 3 hours waiting, I went to my car , and an hour late they call me. Very nice and professional personal. Thanks.

Went for a covid test and they took my insurance (100% no copay), I had no wait, and was out so quick! I was scared (crying) and she sat with me, let me take a few deep breaths, showed me the swab - tiny!! I saw my husband get tested and his looked like a QTip. This looked like a paperclip straightened out (with cotton) and bendy/flexible. I was worried they'd hit something and I'd get a nosebleed (friends' stories). She did it and when I tell you by the time I felt something she was out of my nose... like I thought "oh she is getting to the part where its gonna hurt!" When she went "see?" And she had it out already... had to do 2nd nose but it legit feels like when you land off a waterside and some water goes half way up your nose. My eyes didn't water (more than they were from the remaining tears) nor did I sneeze or feel "uncomfortable" or "alcohol burning" it just felt like water went half way up my nose. Go get tested, and use MD NOW!

Sylvia was accommodating and helpful. She walked me thru the sign in process lickety-split!

Diane, the Nurse Practioner is AMAZING. Knowledgeable, kind and a great bedside manner. I wish she was my Primary Care Provider. I was treated promptly and thoroughly. I was having difficulty getting my care team aligned due to my work schedule and one Sunday morning in person visit with Diane solved our mystery. Thank you! My husband has also been treated here by other providers and was equally impressed.
