First time I have ever been to a walk-in urgent care facility that wasn’t a horrible experience. I expected to be there at least a couple hours considering I was a walk-in and new patient, but I didn’t have to wait at any step of the process. I didn’t know that was possible at an urgent care.

Fast, courteous, professional.

Booked an appointment this morning as I was notified of possible exposure to Covid 19. Was in by 11:00 am and out by 11:35 am. The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The doctor that took the swab was very sensitive to my situation and make it all quick and painless.

I went for the COVid test! It was real fast, and they treat you real nice! I highly recommend it!

Excellent experience. No long wait time. Very professional. I just moved here and do not have a primary doctor yet. I was relieved that they could help me and prescribe meds. Definitely recommend MD Now Urgent Care.

My experience here was exceptional. The customer service from the beginning until the end of the visit was superb. The doctor listened to me and diagnosed me, provided me with pain relief and sent me on my way. I will definitely use them again if needed. I just wish they were 24 hours.

First time utilizing any urgent care for my little one. I was on the fence since she’s has seen the same pediatrician for her entire life. Yet everything change once Dr Crespo entered the room, he’s an amazing Doctor. He spends his time and listens to the concern and interacts with the patient. What an amazing bedside manners. He’s caring and very knowledgeable and gives the best medical care. As of today and on, if any family members including myself feel sick this is the urgent care and doctor I will see!!!

This place is so much quicker than my primary care. The doctors and staff are always prompt and polite. Too bad i always feel bad when i see them but they do a good job prescribing the meds to make the feel bada go away.
