MD Now did a fantastic job during my visit. The office is very clean, and the reception was very polite. More important, COVID protocol is still observed in this office. Everyone in the building wore masks. The check in process was a breeze, and I was seen immediately. The overall service was superb, and I will be using this urgent care more often. My daughter was with me and suggested I go to this one, and I’m so happy I did.

I was greeted by a very nice young lady behind the counter as I walked in. Everybody there was very pleasant. I did not have a long wait. It was a very pleasurable experience with them.

This was the quickest Urgent Care I’ve been to. I’m from out of State and this is where my insurance sent me. So pleased with the staff, Dr. & care. Recommend.

Wow had the best experience here. Im from NY and had to check on a surgical wound that looked gnarly. Wait time was fair. All staff was exceptional. Place was clean. I left so confident with peace of mind that i was ok to enjoy the rest of my vaca. Is everyone so nice here? Should i move here?❤️

Great service. Saturday morning not crowded— staff pleasant. Dr Stefan was great— thorough exam for cough— checked ears nose throat neck eyes , sinus pressure, listen to breathing— treated for bronchitis — better than primary care visit!! Definitely recommend!

I just walked in in pain and with fever. First thing I've noticed is how clean and organized the place was. Front desk ladies were super nice to me and even helped to fill out the application since I couldnt even think that much because of my physical condition. I didnt have to wait in line. Nurse and doctor took care of me right away and gave the subscription. I was even given a discount at the discharge. Hopefully I will not have to come back to that place again in such pain but I would definetely recommend it to other people!

The Pinecrest location was clean and quick. Both the attending nurse and doctor were excellent - knowledgeable, kind, and efficient.

I gave the place 5 stars just because the front desk receptionist (Cabrinaa)was as kind and as patient as Job, despite being the only person there to assist patients. They need to give the woman a raise! A big one!
