PA Melanie is an absolutely amazing physician. Very knowledgeable, friendly, & kind. She took the time to listen & check past history for continuation of issue and took steps to resolve my illness completely. The entire staff has always been wonderful when I've gone there.

Wasn’t sure what to expect my first time at an urgent care center. The girls at the front were awesome my triage nurse was very friendly and not rush such a sensitive issue these days. The PA was very helpful and answered all my questions. Hopefully I don’t need them again but if I do they’re going to be the first I go to.

It’s convenient and is able to provide the medical attention I am in need of. I was able to get in without an appointment and received excellent care.

Best MD now experience I had out of all the other locations. Especially because of the sweet girl named Sham that works there. Ask for her to give you any injections because it doesn’t hurt at all when she gives, matter of fact you can’t even feel it. She’s Very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Will come here again for sure even though it’s far from my house.

I am from out of state an traveling through Miami. I had to stop here for a medical issue. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole office is very efficient. Even as a new patient with out-of-state insurance, I was seen by a doctor, diagnosed and given a prescription to fill at the pharmacy across the street, all within about an hour. Thank you to a great staff for making this experience easy.

I was really feeling bad. Drs and staff were super nice. They listened to what my symptoms were and took it from there. I am so greatful!

I’ve been to multiple urgent care centers throughout Miami, and other states and this is the absolute best service I’ve gotten from any. The front desk was attentive and transparent about wait times. And the nurse that attended me was super caring and paid close attention to my specific concerns and pain. I felt heard and acknowledged, which didn’t really happen at other urgent care places. Highly recommend.
