I went this past Tuesday with Covid19 and came back on Thursday with my mom who has it too. We were helped by Sylvia who was very nice and professional. The service was quick and to the point.

Nice staff. Britney and Dr. Valdes were extremely helpful. Explained everything clearly and in a manner that anyone would understand. Quickly went in and out, not much of a wait.

Upon arrival I was quickly assisted by a friendly member of staff who made me feel really welcome. The office was very clean and overall, the services were fast and great.

MD NOW is so professional. I’ve gone to MD NOW whenever my PCP is unavailable or when I needed immediate care and I have never been disappointed. The Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and I have to say, I have always received more comprehensive care at MD NOW than at my PCP. I love MD NOW!

The visit was a very pleasant one. Very good personnel and the Nurse Practitioner that took care of my wife was very kind and explained clearly everything to us. Unfortunately they sent my wife's medical orders to the wrong pharmacy. It was a nightmare because by the time I arrived to our pharmacy Walgreen) I was informed that they had no medical orders for my wife. The medical orders never arrived, they were sent to a CVS pharmacy that was already closed. It took me considerable time to travel a couple of miles to a CVS pharmacy that was open 24 hours. Fortunately at last I was able to get my wife's medications but not with all the inconveniences I went through. This NEVER should have happened.

Staff were friendly and professional. I got there in time to see the doctor, about 30 minutes before close. Wait time wasn’t bad for a clinic. They sent my Rx direct to pharmacy. Who needs a primary care physician - when i feel sick i can go to a walk in like MD Now Urgent Care, not wait 2 weeks for an appointment with a primary. Convenient and easy. Thank you!

Very friendly staff. Each person I dealt with were very efficient at their tasks. I will use that office again when needed.
