Wonderful staff & service. Singing up as a new client was very fast. I received my first Covid vaccination using Pfizer & didn’t feel the shot. A+ to all the staff at Bird Road, Miami Urgent Care! Anytime, someone is going to an Urgent Care it usually means the person is not feeling well. So they might be scared, irritable, and feeling low. It is most important for the people working at Urgent Care facilities, all medical facilities, to recognize that people need courtesy, patience & compassion. The office staff is nice but kind of slow. But dr Swanson is amazing! He’s quick and best of all down to earth and caring. I recommend this location just based off of the doctor.
