This is a truly excellent urgent care facility. I had to return twice after my initial visit for follow up care and every person I encountered from the front desk and check-out employees to the medical professionals were so friendly, caring, and helpful. My medical care was thorough. I highly recommend the MD Now Lantana clinic!

Camila is the young lady who checked me in. She was so sweet, friendly & professional. While I was waiting there was another patient who came in being very rude and wanted what she wanted. She was being disrespectful & absurd to a point that the police had to be called. The ENTIRE time the woman was behaving irrational Camila remained calm and professional. The doc who was there also came out to the front to help the situation and still the crazy lady wanted what she wanted. The entire staff was clearly overwhelmed with a lot of patients. Essence also handled a w customer good as well. It’s holiday season and a lot of PCP are out but we count on MD Now to be here in our time of need and they were for me. I’m grateful for their kindness and availability. By the way, this isn’t my first time at this location. They’re always friendly & helpful.

Great service, staff and outstanding place too

I have been to this location about 4 times in 10 years. I'm never disappointed with the doctors and a staff member religiously calls me afterwards to know how I'm doing. It's great to know this service.

Amazing staff, from the receptionist - nurses and doctors. They were quick which I really appreciate. I didn’t have to wait 30min to be seen. Great experience overall!

Very caring staff and quick! Sometimes there is a wait but that's only because they are always so busy. The care that you get is the best. Love this place and have been going here for over 10 years.
