Facility was nice and clean. Front desk personnel were kind and process was quick and easy from start to finish. I checked in online before going and there was only one other person in waiting room when I arrived. Checking in/wait was about 15 min. The physician assistants were pleasant and the doctor was also friendly. I went in for a flu test and that’s what I received.

After 1hr and half waiting in the minute clinic in CVS and they denied the vaccine for my son for inssurance matter, the MD Now was the best decision I make. My experience at MD Now Urgent Care at Federal Hwy. Ft. Lauderdale, today was exceptionally higher than I expected. Everyone from the receptionist, to the medical attendant, and especially the doctor was extremely excellent. The doctor explained everything about my condition, and recommended a Covid test which was performed by the medical assistant. I felt so cared for, and truly listened to. This was a great experience for me, and I will be a repete patient if needed. I recommend this place for anyone who needs to be seen but can't get to their regular doctor.
