The staff was extremely courteous. The facility was clean and inviting. The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this facility.

This is my second visit there today and my daughter like 7 visits but we both absolutely love the Doctor that was there today. He showed concerns and not just another patient get them in and out. He was great and our Assistant was again absolutely awesome very kind and gentle and the check person was awesome as well. So giving my overall rating it will be a 10

I came to Miami with my 7 year old daughter, we landed 6 hours earlier and hung out at a friends house before we checked in to the hotel. On the car ride to the hotel, my daughter complained of her eye itching. Of course she kept rubbing it and made it worse. Her eye was almost completely shut when we pulled into urgent care. We had all of our luggage with us. The staff was very nice and accommodating and allowed me to put my luggage in another room while me daughter was getting treated. The entire staff was great and the doctor assessed the situation and wrote a prescription for my daughter. Her swelling went down overnight and she is fine.

Excellent experience. Very nice and professional personnel. The place is neat and they're very careful with all COVID-19 related safety measures.

Had to wait a couple hours but the staff , nurses and Dr were very nice and helpful.

Great experience, staff was courteous and kind. Doctor was excellent really down to earth, felt very at ease. Was 3 others ahead but was in and out, diagnosed and treated efficiently.

I have to say Tiffany Bateman is the best I had to have stuff done to start my nursing program and she made everything go so smoothly took her time to make sure everything was correct even when the school messed up I will only go to this clinic now this clinic is highly recommended and the doctor Nicole is amazing
