The staff was fantastic! Everyone from the receptionist, aides and physician were calm, thorough and made me feel comfortable. The wait was long but that was expected at an urgent care facility. Facility appeared clean and orderly.

Very nice staff, friendly and welcoming. They were particularly busy because many locations were not open because if a hurricane but they handled everything well, I wish it were closer to me, it would be my go to!

Came in here on a Tuesday afternoon and waited less than an hour to be seen. I recently moved to the area and I now feel so relieved to know that there’s such a welcoming urgent care less than a few min from my house. Sylvia, the front desk lady was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable! I was a bit shy about asking for a female doctor and Sylvia reassured me before I could even finish my sentence. So incredibly grateful for the staff at MD Now Urgent Care ❤️
