Anytime, someone is going to an Urgent Care it usually means the person is not feeling well. So they might be scared, irritable, and feeling low. It is most important for the people working at Urgent Care facilities, all medical facilities, to recognize that people need courtesy, patience & compassion. The staff, from the front desk to Clinical Lead Samara Sinclair, Medical Asst. Samantha Davis & PA Provider Shana Kay Mignott were EXCELLENT!!! Fast and GREAT place

Great and quick service, very attentive staff

My daughter injured her foot and I wasn’t sure if stitches were needed so we headed to MDnow. The receptionist/insurance/check in person was lovely, efficient and knew her stuff. Our wait was shorter because she was on the ball. The nurse that led us in was very upbeat and pleasant. The doctor was terrific, he put my daughter and me at ease right away and took great care of her. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. The whole office had great energy. Thank you!

Superb customer service. I went with nausea caused by vertigo. Juan was very helpful taking whatever I needed to sign in to where I was in the waiting area instead of having me walk back and forth. Will was also very helpful! Overall excellent service! Thank you!
