The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I felt that I was listened to and that everything was explained to me in great detail. Additionally it was made clear the reason for the medication that was prescribed and how it would help me.

Janice and Dr. Crespo are the only people I want to talk to. They are very caring, knowledgeable, and make on the spot best decisions. Big PLUS if you are BL/Caribbean/latin and have trouble finding someone to trust taking care of you when you’re ill/injured. Janice and Dr. Crespo are the people to go to.

Friendly staff, the 2 girls both helped me I signed in with one girl and when she had another patient the other girl helped me with by giving me my papers to fill out. I work in customer service and they worked as a team. They answered all my questions and I didn't have to wait long. I would definitely use this location again and recommend to family and friends!

Excellent care. I was seen by Zena, the Physician’s Assistant (PA). She listened while I explained my symptoms, gave me a good exam and wrote the appropriate prescriptions. Extremely professional. I would highly recommend MD Now.

The service was wonderful from the moment I arrived. I was able to see the doctor quickly. Dr. Sanjuan was kind and understanding. He was able to prescribe a treatment that began in the office. No one was rushing me to leave. The assistants as well as the doctor himself came in to check up on me. Great service, knowledgeable doctor and friendly staff.

I was taken in with speed, the technician was a little distant but the care was good. The doctor came after an ex-ray and a splint was comfortably put on my finger with a suggestion I follow up with a specialist. I am satisfied with their handling of my case and would certainly return there.

All the staff is very friendly, helpful and caring. Front staff manager really is an asset to your establishment. They took me right in. I had injured my little toe and was bleeding. Didn't have to wait at all. Will definitely refer all that ask to go there during open hours.
