From the moment I entered the doors I felt the sense of welcoming. I arrived at the location in Hollywood FL on State Rd 7 about 7:50pm not knowing they close at 8pm. I was feeling very sick and yet they still stayed a little after hours to see me.. I felt so special. My first point of contact was with Miracle Evans at the front Desk and what a pleasant soul was she. Then Lord and behold out comes a sweet spirit Novalette who took my vitals and got me setup in a room quickly to see the Wonderful Dr. Sanchez Fransico who diagnosed me gave me my prescriptions to get me on my way. Last but not least a Caring Medical Assistant Tanna gave me a few boxes of Cēpacol for my sore throat which works very well for me.. Remind you this was my first time here and everyone, the team made me feel like I’ve been going there forever. I will definitely recommend anyone to this facility which is my new FAMILY! Dr. Sanchez, Miracle, Novalette and Tanna, I thank each and everyone of you for your loving caring hearts and taking the time to see me to help me feel better.. You all ROCK!

Went for a Covid test because I’m traveling back to NY. Everyone was so nice and made it a pleasant experience. Front desk clerk, nurse and doctor were awesome!!!

This place is awesome, twice I've needed to visit this facility on a Sunday. Staff is great and the doctors fix me up everytime. Very grateful for the care I was given and convenient location and hours.

Have used this location several times and have not been disappointed yet. They are very personable and compassionate. This last visit I had several issues going on at the same time, they were great, trying to figure out if the issues were related and getting to the best possible outcome.

I made appointment online. Went to the clinic and was seen within 10 minutes. Great experience. Professional staff! Doc was great.

I came here to do a drug test and due to a miscommunication at my job I came close to closing and after there cutoff for testing. The staff was super nice and helpful and was able to get my test done in time for me.

The front desk was kind from the get go, and Dr. May was amazing he went above and beyond to help me out and letting me know what exactly was going on with me. Very thorough, helpful and kind.

My visit was great. The office is brand new. That might be why I didn't have to wait at all. It was my first time going to an urgent care and the check-in was quick, the doctor knew what he was talking about and I was in and out. Everyone in the office was on the same page, they all knew what they were doing and seemed to ask the right questions to take care of me.

I was in and out of there! The staff were very friendly and I would recommend this place anytime you feel under the weather and want to be seen right away.
