From the moment I entered the doors I felt the sense of welcoming. I arrived at the location in Hollywood FL on State Rd 7 about 7:50pm not knowing they close at 8pm. I was feeling very sick and yet they still stayed a little after hours to see me.. I felt so special. My first point of contact was with Miracle Evans at the front Desk and what a pleasant soul was she. Then Lord and behold out comes a sweet spirit Novalette who took my vitals and got me setup in a room quickly to see the Wonderful Dr. Sanchez Fransico who diagnosed me gave me my prescriptions to get me on my way. Last but not least a Caring Medical Assistant Tanna gave me a few boxes of Cēpacol for my sore throat which works very well for me.. Remind you this was my first time here and everyone, the team made me feel like I’ve been going there forever. I will definitely recommend anyone to this facility which is my new FAMILY!
Dr. Sanchez, Miracle, Novalette and Tanna, I thank each and everyone of you for your loving caring hearts and taking the time to see me to help me feel better.. You all ROCK!

The staff was friendly, the process was fast and to the point.
