I went to the Hollywood location because I needed a school physical. From the phone call, the lady at the front desk, Miracle, was extremely helpful. She gave me all of the information I needed to know and was efficient, professional and kind. The medical assistant also was very nice as well as the manager who was at the front desk when I was there. The doctor who saw me was friendly, explained everything to me and did not seem like a robot doctor but a real person, which is rare and a gem. Lastly Will drew my blood and gave me a shot, she was super gentle and professional. I can confidently say that my visit was the best. Thank you!

I was in need of medical help and without insurance. i called many places and said i have no insurance and felt helpless until i called MD now on N Federal hwgy. I was told it was 149.00 to see a doctor and no appointment was needed. There is a list on the wall on a tv that lists all levels of care and the cost. We went in and were given an ipad to fill in info and when turned in we paid the 149.00 after a short wait I went into a room and the usual things were done temp blood pressure. A few minutes later the doctor came in and he listened and asked a few questions and i was on my way with the Meds i needed for a lung infection. I have this problem every other year and this was by far the best experience i have ever had

I love MD NOW on PGA BLVD. Always Courteous and respectful of time. Great customer service and of course fast results. Clean and professional!!! Highly recommended!

Quick, Friendly, and efficient.

The receptionists have a good attitude, pleasant atmosphere. The waiting room looks clean. Barely any waiting to be called. I have been in MD now a few times and I always get a good service.

I always have a positive experience at this particular Urgent Care.. despite whatever condition that brought me there in the first place! This time was an ear infection. I'd like to mention staff member(s) Maria when I checked in.. and Sam (she checked my BP) and I have to say that both are exceptional, professional, kind and caring! Also kudos to Dr. Carol Clarke for being so efficient, professional and caring as well! Sometimes they get real busy and handle it all so well even when people come off the street expecting to be seen right away! They do their best, and do it well, so be kind to them..they are trying to take care of each and every one of us that walks in their door!
