Went to get tested for Covid19 because my regular doctor couldn't see me unless it was by Zoom because I wasn't tested. Their in house physician checked me out and wrote out the prescriptions I needed so I was able to get everything accomplished at same time.

All the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional in particular Maria and Nicole. They listened and helped with a smile all time.

I went in feeling dizzy and was welcomed with a friendly and polite young man. I was taken care of quickly and all staff was polite, friendly and very professional. Will go back if ever need urgent care.

As soon as I walked in the staff was very friendly and communicated effectively I was seen shortly and the doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on with me in detail. I would definitely recommend this place with any urgent care needs.

Convenient, Clean, good front desk experience - wait was short & Dr. was busy but good

Easy process to check in and complete pre-employment drug screening. The ladies that worked in the office behind the front desk were very polite and welcoming. From arrival to being called back to collect sample was approx 16 mins.

The facility was clean and the staff was respectful and courteous. I felt confident in their service and never waited to long to be seen.

After waiting over 1 hour at the Tamarac office I made an appt for the sunrise location! After waiting another 45 minutes I asked why make an appt if you have to wait close to an hour? They told me they are a walk in facility and the appt is just to enter your personal information?? I complained and they took me as they were getting ready to close in 20 minutes and still had 3 people waiting besides me and my husband!! The dr asst was very nice but the front desk can be more friendly and less attitude!!

Prompt and thorough analysis of medical history and current ailments— sinus and chest congestion lasting for a week. Doctor ruled out more serious problems and gave me 2 prescriptions. 20 minutes from appointment to out the door.
