Came here today to have an antibody test...and met THE most outstanding medical assistant I've ever met! Her name is Novlette. She had an incredibly bright and cheerful attitude, let me know every single thing she was going to do before she did it and drew my blood very efficiently and professionally (and it didn't hurt a bit!) It's very rare to find someone with such outstanding interpersonal and communication, as well as patient care, skills so I wanted to give her a huge shout out! MD Now Is very fortunate to have this exemplary, super compassionate provider on their staff. It was my first time at one of these urgent cares and because of Ms Novlette, I'm very impressed and I will definitely come back if needed. PS Also wanted to mention that in addition to this wonderful MA, the receptionist was also super polite and very kind.

The attention is spectacular. From the front desk and admin, to the doctors and nurses, everything was 10/10. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 min in the waiting room and the staff was very efficient but they also took their time with me. Greatly recommended.

This specific MD Urgent Care is truly amazing. They have the *kindest* staff. *Everyone* from when you’re greeted at the desk, to the nurses and doctors. They are so thoughtful, medically thorough, patient and calm. You can see and feel that everyone really wants to help you get better. The place is immaculate and beautifully clean. The wait times are usually not long at all. They are attentive and will keep you updated on your status. When you are waiting they offer bottled water and have a very nice waiting room as well as restroom if needed. I’ve been to this location a number of times for various issues and have *always* felt welcomed, *safe*, comfortable and cared for here.
