Always use MD Now Urgent care. Not only for everyday illness but when they can't diagnose you they send you to emergency room or make sure thay you see your doctor. Not only are they professional but the are caring about the results you should get from another professional that is qualified in different situations concerning your health. Unbelievably exceptional service during a very difficult and fearsome time. I received expedited, efficient care from the MDNow Pinecrest team and was able to get tested for COVID-19 quickly and safely with results available within a reasonable time frame. I would like to particularly recognize Nurse Janetzi Sanchez. She was able to make me feel incredibly comfortable and at-ease during an otherwise very scary moment. Not only that, the team was able to make arrangements for my boyfriend to get tested the very next day, allowing him to return to work quickly and securely. 7/12/2022 Eva office manager, Filandi, Intake, and Amy- Pa. These 3 combined got me in and out, even with a wait, they made it worth waiting. Kind, gentle and helpful every-way, possible . My own Primary Doctors office Total MD / Urgent Care office is MD Nows Competitor. They wouldst even see me after i was willing to wait there in their office while their PA said she had a procedure to do and it would be an hour or so. They told me because of my pain level, ( i pulled a muscle in my shoulder) to go to the hospital. I told them, i have been like this for 3 days , i would wait 1-2 so i wouldn't have to wait in The ER 3-4 hours for twice or 3 times the expense. She said even if i waited, she wouldn't treat me, and just would refer me to the hospital. So i came here. Same pain level, same pulled muscle. At least the saw me. And IF then they said go to the hospital, i would understand. But not even see me. So, MD NOW Is my Urgent Care place. I just wish i could use them for my primary office. Thank you ladies. If i could give you a raise, i would.

The customer service is outstanding!! I was unable to use the product. When I contacted their customer service representative I was very impressed with the immediate response to my concerns. I highly recommend this company!

Not very busy and pretty fast. Dr. Edward is easy to talk to about whatever is going on. Really down to earth.

They saw my daughter right away. They were gentle in testing her for the flu. Dr. Peri and NP.Don were very attentive.
