I wish to compliment the staff at the office located at 195 N. Federal Hgwy, Ft. Lauderdale, in particular Ha'ani S. and Samanta C. for going beyond the call of duty to expedite my pre-op clearance for an emergency eye surgery. If they were not persistent in their efforts and that of their medical coordinator, I very likely would not have had the surgery to save my sight in the affected eye. I live in St. Thomas and the urgency of the matter was paramount. I would also like to thank the nurse on duty (Eboni?) for her words of encouragement. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Service is always quick at the lighthouse point urgent care. If you were looking for a long conversation with your physician, go to your primary care, but if you have an urgent issue and can’t get to your doctor, this place is great. Quick in and out.

I have been to the MDNow location in Cutler Bay and they never disappoint. Fast service and friendly staff. Best place to get travel related Covid tests. I always get my results 18-26 hours after I take it.

The visit was a very pleasant one. Very good personnel and the Nurse Practitioner that took care of my wife was very kind and explained clearly everything to us. Unfortunately they sent my wife's medical orders to the wrong pharmacy. It was a nightmare because by the time I arrived to our pharmacy Walgreen) I was informed that they had no medical orders for my wife. The medical orders never arrived, they were sent to a CVS pharmacy that was already closed. It took me considerable time to travel a couple of miles to a CVS pharmacy that was open 24 hours. Fortunately at last I was able to get my wife's medications but not with all the inconveniences I went through. This NEVER should have happened.

Unfortunately, I was book an appointment; I was quoted a wait of 90 minutes to two hours. Once I was called, however, I was in and out within 25 minutes, Doctor assessment, specimen samples, blood work, etc.
