I dragged myself into the Med Now clinic in horrific pain thinking how am I going to go to work 8 hrs from 6:45 pm with 2 swollen painful knees? A short wait & 2xrays & diagnosis I left with prescription for strong Anti inflammation meds. I slept & was up pain free feeling amazing - loving life again enjoying working greeting people. Thank you all at Med Now in Pembroke Pines.

I went to MD now Urgent care at Flagler location because of a bad ear infection. Was happy with the staff, the place was clean. The wait was not bad maybe 30-40 min in total. I was seen and was happy with the treatment that was prescribed. I will visit this place again if needed.

The ladies there are super sweet! The doctor knew all about my blood condition making his medication selection so much easier; such a rare find. He even knew enough to give me tips on staying healthy. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks.

Everything was perfect but the portal will not take the code I received. And after 3 times, they froze me. How am I getting my test and family results for our flight ? Should I panic ?

So nice to know they're there when I need them. Friendly and efficient.

Best urgent care experience ever (Sunday, 8/29/21). Receptionist very friendly & helpful, nurse professional, physician assistant extremely flexible & accommodating. Situation remedied quickly & to our satisfaction.

I’ve been coming here since they first opened and always a great experience!!! I remember my first visit being very skeptical about coming to a new place but I was pleasantly surprised of how amazing the experience was. Clean facility, friendly staff, short wait in the waiting room, great medical attention and really organized. Like almost all new businesses, I figured the experience would not be the same after a year or so.. I had to go again recently and was worried since it was on a weekend, I would expect a horrible wait and experience. I was wrong...short wait, change of insurance and got my questions answered immediately, still great staff, experience and medical care. I can’t speak for other locations, but I recommend this place definitely!!!

My sister in law brought my daughter in but we didn’t know that without a parent she couldn’t be immediately seen. The front desk girl Suset went out of her way to help us in getting the correct things sent over so that my daughter could be treated for her cold- due to work there is no way I could of taken her in. She was extremely patient and made a lasting impression because both my sister in law and daughter remembered her by name and told me how sweet and helpful she was, she even kept my daughter entertained by talking about Disney with her (my daughter’s favorite). Good job MD Now for hiring such good staff! We will definitely be switching over from Baptist for all of our future Urgent Care needs & letting our friends know about you. I went to get the covid vaccine at this location. They took care of me right away. The front desk team was awesome and professional. I like how they were cleaning the waiting area everytime someone leaves to disinfect. The visit was quick and the physician was very nice and went over the details of the vaccination to make sure I understood. I will definitely come back here for their service. MD urgent care is great. I needed stitches after cutting my leg and they helped me. I would highly recommend them as they are very nice and serve you quickly. I dont like hospitals at all, this place is so much better for people who are anxious.
