My first experience here on Tuesday Oct. 27, 2020. I was seen by Dr. Francisco Sanchez was very professional, very comfortable to talk to and I highly recommend him, I'll be recommending. I also spoke over with Candace over the phone, who gave great customer service, her professionalism was superb and she did a great job, her patience and attention is appreciated, I'll be recommending Candace. Today as of Tues. Nov. 2, 2020 around 4:40PM I spoke to Maynahica over the phone and also was great with her welcoming attitude, her way of communicating made me feel confident and content with her work to come back for a follow up. I also can't forgot about nurse Stephanie she was so wonderful and was very quick to take me to the doctor's. Thank you soo much everyone who took care of me at Md Now urgent care.

Very nice, friendly and courteous people working there. I was seen very quickly and everyone was professional.

I was there for roughly an hour. They got me in first time being there. Super quick, had me fill out some information and about five minutes later I was taken back waiting for the doctor. The waiting was super quick maybe 15 minutes max for the doc. Once she was able to see me to consultation was quick, I’m now getting my prescription.

Anytime, someone is going to an Urgent Care it usually means the person is not feeling well. So they might be scared, irritable, and feeling low. It is most important for the people working at Urgent Care facilities, all medical facilities, to recognize that people need courtesy, patience & compassion. Like the saying goes, “treat people the way you wish to be treated”. I am pleased to post this positive review for North Ft. Lauderdale MD NOW Urgent Care. The staff, from the front desk to Clinical Lead Samara Sinclair, Medical Asst. Samantha Davis & PA Provider Shana Kay Mignott were EXCELLENT!!! Service is good except for the wait time

Very nice staff. Was very busy but front desk was professional and courteous. Medical staff listened carefully and was supportive. Excellent care.

Went over for a COVID rapid test, everyone was AMAZING, took a little while because there were a lot of patients BUT the Doctor I saw was excusing herself for the delay and treated me like family. GREAT PLACE, highly recommend.
