They have the most pleasant people to assist you every step of your medical appointment. Questions were entertained and answered politely. I went there to get vaccinated and my vaccines were administered by Ms. Novlette and she did it quickly and almost painfree! So service wise, I can say they are superb. I was there again today for a follow up to have them check the sore on my left knee. Everyone is super nice and very profesional. I felt like they all care!!!!! From the Receptionista to Paula very nice, Lina that she took all my information yesterday to the Nurse Claudia Reyes and the Dr Claudia Mendoza!!!!! What a great group of profesional women!!!! Very clean, very modern and staff were really nice

I visited this MdNow yesterday for my ears, which were impacted with earwax. It is a condition I get over the years. I compliment Dr Maria, Madeline, and Jinelle. I hope I get the names correct, I called back to clinic to get their names . I want to say they were very nice, friendly, attentive and caring. My experience was very pleasant. I want to thank them very much for their care. It was my first time to this MdNow and am very appreciative of their care. I would give more than 5 stars and would recommend them very much.
