Very friendly staff. I was there for drug screening, nice lady at front desk offered me bottle of water, without me asking. 5 stars !!!

Best urgent care experience to date! The staff is beyond courteous. Very clean environment. Great experience! Update 2/16/2021 I have now been here at least 4 times with my kids and I have had a wonderful experience each time. I really can’t say enough about their wonderful staff.

I arrived with the flu and the staff made every effort to get me seen and prescribed an antibiotic in a timely manner They even took the time to follow-up with me the next day to see how I was progressing Many thanks to their entire team!

I was impressed! I don't have much experience with "urgi" care facilities, but I thought they did a great job of handling a flow of patients with thoughtfulness and what seemed to be good care. Thanks for my J&J Covid shot. Nice experience. Faye

The receptionist was very sweet, I waited about 5 minutes before being taken to a room. My medical assistant and Doctor (Alex)were both very nice, professional and Alex had some recommendations for other issues I have-separate from why I was there. I can’t thank her enough for the help

Had a really great experience today. Everyone was well coming and I had no wait for a PCR test.

I needed to get refills on my meds (due to losing my job and my insurance soon to expire) and not being able to get an appointment with my primary doctor before my insurance expired. They were able to get me in, ask a few questions, run a test on my blood, and called in my prescriptions. I was in the office 20 minutes, tops. I highly recommend MD NOW URGENT CARE to any and all. They did a great job for me, I know they will do the same for everyone that comes in. Thank You!!

Excellent and courteous service! I have nothing but praise for everyone I saw today, from the front desk lady to the nurse and young doctor that saw me, everyone was not only professional, but very nice and welcoming. Also the actual facilities are modern, very comfortable and clean, so overall a real positive experience. I absolutely recommend it.

I went to urgent care because my sciatica and lower back pain were shooting so strongly, and hitting my nerves. The prescribed medication from my pcp was not strong enough to treat my condition. Every single person at the office from the front desk, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, and doctor was professional, efficient, and exuded a genuinely warm personality. They listened attentively, were sensitive to my needs, and addressed what I needed comfortably. The place was also clean, and the wait time was less than 5 minutes on a Saturday evening. There was one patient who came out when I arrived, one who went in before me, as I was filling out the paperwork, 2 patients waiting after me, and another walk-in who arrived after me. My wait time was about 5 minutes, and I believe I was in & out in less than 15 minutes, or at least it definitely felt like it! I'm so happy to have found the perfect urgent care facility literally across the street of where I live! The medication I received worked perfectly, and I'm back to normal with the perfect medication available to me, as needed. Thank you guys!!!
