This MD now on okeechobee & military tell was amazing. Staff was more than kind, very professional, very clean facility. Gia was awesome and very understanding. The doctor was amazing. Finished entire procedure in 20 minutes or less. Removal of a sebaceous cyst. Very little pain. Very well done. Thank you for exceptional service and treatment. I would recommend anyone to your facility.

I csme in with back pain on the scale of 10 and when I left it had reduced to a 6. By the time I reached home it was a 3. Thank God!! I couldn't go another second with that pain. Everyone was pleasant and the Dr really listened to my concerns and offered alternatives. I am very pleased. Thank You!!!!

Outstanding service! I walked in without an appointment on a Thursday afternoon for a physical and possibly some vaccinations required by my college. The front desk Glenda and Maria were very inviting and offered me water while I checked in and created an account. They were also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions on the phone, prior to my visit. I was greeted by the medical assistant Don in less than a few minutes and he made me feel welcomed and even cracked a few jokes. He was professional but also personable. Very shortly I was escorted back to a room where I met with the practitioner for my physical examination. She was quick, in a very thorough way, and asked me about any vaccines needed. I explained I didn't have access to any records of previous shots and would be willing to purchase all the vaccines needed ( they're prices are also the cheapest available). Instead of charging me, the staff pulled together and researched my previous vaccines, and recommended titers for the ones that weren't documented. Still in awe with the service. The whole appointment was an hour and I now have everything in line for school after my first visit!

My wife had a stubborn cough so we went to MD Now on a Saturday morning at 9:15. She was seen by a PA/Nurse, Linda B, within 5 minutes. Linda was fantastic. She was concerned, personable, efficient in her examination and informative as to possible treatments. The doctor, Dr. Schiffman, also was wonderful. She examined my wife, explained the treatment and medication, ordered the X-ray and inhalation therapy required. Upon discharge the nurse sent the prescription orders to our pharmacy and they were ready when we got there. All in all my wife and I both agreed as to the wonderful care and concern that we received. Later in the afternoon we received a call from Linda asking if we got the medication and if we had any questions. Superb care all around.

Being my first time being in any MD Now I did everything online and went I got there the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor took his time in explaining what procedures were going to be done regarding my sprain wrist. Very satisfied with the visit and end results..

This clinic is literally 10/10! Everyone was so personable and helpful- from the front desk person to the nurse to the doctor. I was out with a prescription in under 25 minutes!
