DOT/CDL Physical Exams

A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination, sometime called CDL exams (Commercial Drivers License), are conducted by a licensed "medical examiner." The term includes, but is not limited to, doctors of medicine (MD), doctors of osteopathy (DO), physician assistants (PA) and advanced nurse practitioners (ARNP).

A DOT physical exam is valid for up to 24 months. The medical examiner may also issue a medical examiner's certificate for less than 24 months when it is desirable to monitor a condition, such as high blood pressure.

MD Now Urgent Care Centers offer walk-in DOT/CDL physical examinations without an appointment seven days a week, 365 days a year. We are open twelve hours a day from 8am to 8pm - even holidays!
