More Adventures of Our...                             1959 Pontiac Catalina National  Minute Man Ambulance

It's Friday, August 6, 2004. Exactly eight weeks after our body shop guy, John "Hobby" promised us he'd have our new ride body work complete. It's the middle of summer and there's a torrential tropical downpour, complete with thunder and lightening, when lo and behold...

We still have a lot left to do. The car's engine has been completely removed and is being rebuilt by Robert's friend "Coffee" (don't any of these guys have real names?) and then his buddy Scotty is going to rewire the whole car. In the meantime, except for this beautiful dashboard and great front seat, the interior is completely trashed and has to be re-upholstered.
