At MD Now Medical Centers, appointments are never necessary but always welcome for routine physicals or follow-up visits. Most of our patients, however, are those with an unexpected illness or injury. To help you access our services, please read the following information:
 
Now, there are three ways you can reduce the wait time for your unexpected visit! 

• ONE - Phone ahead for special service! When the unexpected need arises, call us when you're on your way!  We'll put your name in our computer ahead of time to minimize your wait, with absolutely no obligation or cancellation fee should circumstances change and you don't require our services.

• TWO - Download the registration form available below. Complete the information and bring it in with you at the time of your visit to expedite the registration process.

• THREE - Fax it to us ahead of time at 561-963-1390. Let us know the approximate time you'll be coming, and we'll input your name in our system for first priority service. There is no charge for this courtesy, and absolutely NO obligation or cancellation fee should you be unable to make your visit.
