By the
time your child starts school he/she should have already had a
number of required immunizations. However, proof of updates,
boosters, and series completion is required to enter Palm Beach
County Schools for the first time and to advance to some grade
levels. A physical is required for entrance to Pre-kindergarten,
kindergarten and those entering 7th grade.
At
MD Now Urgent Care Centers, we have both the blue and the yellow
forms needed for your child's school, sports or camp physical. You
do not need to have an appointment at our medical clinics, but you
are welcome to schedule one for even faster service!
We
